Chuck Barnes
After a 38 Year career at Merillat Industries, Chuck retired in 1999 as an Officer of the company. As Vice President of Sales, he held this position for 18 years prior to retirement. After retiring from Merillat Chuck continued in the Cabinets business as Masco consultant. In 2001 Chuck started Classic Cabinets and Interiors were he has stayed committed to the Merillat brand as being the only exclusive Merillat Signature showroom in Michigan.

After graduating from Central Michigan in 1991, Amie owned and ran her own successful Interior Design Business from her home. After 5 years of working out of her home, Amie opened up a storefront in downtown Tecumseh in 2006. In 2008 Amie and her family merged their two locations to become Classic Cabinets and Interiors. Amie currently manages the company from the Tecumseh showroom, and is responsible for Interior Design, Kitchen and Bath remodels, and retail sales.

After graduating from Adrian College in 1992, Craig started in the kitchen and bath industry by spending 10 years with Wilsonart International as an Outside Sales Representative. In 2002 Craig joined the family business and now runs the Jackson, MI showroom. Craig is responsible for builder, dealer, and retail sales out of the Jackson showroom.

Jenna Salenbien is an experienced designer who offers unique and creative designs to clients. A graduate from Michigan State University, Jenna has a Bachelors of Art, in Interior Design. Jenna ran the Interior Products division at MBS Design Center of Jackson for three years. She is passionate about design and has a personal approach when working with clients on new construction or remodeling projects.

Lisa graduated from Adrian College with a bachelor’s degree in interior design and started her career in the kitchen and bath industry at Merillat Industries. She was responsible for designing trade shows, retail showrooms, literature photo sets and many editorials. Her designs have been published in magazines such as Better Homes and Gardens, Style at Home, Parenting, Builder, and Home. She even had her 15 minutes of fame by appearing on the HGTV program “This Small Space”.

Brian attended the University of Michigan on a track scholarship. He has fifteen years experience as a contractor, and ten years experience trimming custom homes and building custom cabinets. He currently lives in Clinton with his wife and two children. Brian has been the lead installer for Classic Cabinets and Interiors for five years and his professional background and experience is a wonderful asset to our company. His attention to detail is key to our unique designs.

Mark has 20 plus years of experience in the construction industry, including several years working for cabinet manufacturers and dealers. He has his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from Western Michigan University. Most recently he was a Regional Manager with BASF Construction Chemicals.

Danielle Shepard
Danielle has a diverse accounting background with experience in a corporate automotive setting. She has governmental not for profit experience and tax. She is the owner of D.C. Shepard Accounting Services L.L.C. She went to Jackson Community College and graduated in 2008 , she then transferred all of her credits to Siena Heights University, where she graduated with a BBA with a major in Accounting in 2010. She lives in Tecumseh with her husband and their three children.
